What We Do

Photo Subject Clarification

Air Space

Objective:
Property definition

Our Method:
Each photo of the front of the real property will have around 5% air space from the corners of each side of the property to accurately define the size of the house.

Date Stamp

White Numeric

Objective:
Provide All Photos with Date Stamp

Our Method:
Our software program extracts the date from each photo and places it at the bottom right corner for easy reading.

Target Subject Distance

Unacceptable Photos

Objective:
Property definition

Our Method:
A photo must include more than just 1/3 of the subject. It must contain at least 90% of the front of the house. No wasted space.

Car Parts

Unacceptable Photos

Objective:
Provide Full Front Photos Without Carparts

Our Method:
Any photo with car parts is always rejected and unacceptable.

Frontal Distractions

Unacceptable Photos

Objective:
Provide Full Front Photos Without Distraction

Our Method:
With every assessor photo we provide, we try to exceed our clients’ expectations. Our goal is to provide the most precise, sharpest, most distinctive distraction free photos possible. Sometimes all it takes is moving the camera to a better position.

Partial Front Photos

Unacceptable Photos

Objective:
Provide Full Front Photos

Our Method:
Without a full front view of the property, the photo is useless. We make sure all photos have at least 5% air space on each side.
